7. Bookings, prices and cancellations

Prices are not published on this website: they are communicated on WhatsApp before the booking is confirmed, with travel included within the standard coverage area. Any distance supplement is always stated before confirmation, never afterwards.

A booking is deemed confirmed once the owner expressly accepts it, stating therapist, date and time. Rescheduling is free of charge when notified with sufficient notice.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of the user's domicile where the user qualifies as a consumer.
