Can I request a German-speaking therapist?
Yes. The team includes therapists who work in German, and it's the norm in Alcúdia, Can Picafort, Cala Millor, Paguera and Cala Ratjada, where most guests are German. Just say so when you message and we'll match someone who speaks it. The same goes for English and Spanish.
Can I choose my therapist?
You can ask and we'll try, especially if you're booking again and want the same person. The final match depends on who is free in your area at that time. We always tell you who's coming before the session.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Yes, no problem at all. Tell us when you book and we'll take it into account.
How do you vet your therapists?
We check each person's qualifications and background before they work with us, and everyone carries professional liability insurance. If your hotel or villa agency asks for it, we provide the documentation.
